GIS Software
The following list of GIS Software is a compiled list from the Site File User Survey in Fall 1998 of GIS software used by participants.
  Autodesk World , by Autodesk
  ArcView, ArcInfo, Atlas GIS 4.0, ArcExplorer , by ESRI
ArcExplorer can be downloaded for FREE from ESRI's website. This program allows a user to pan, zoom, and identify GIS data, no analytical capabilities.
  Geo Media Pro , by Intergraph
  MapInfo v5.0 , by MapInfo
  Additional GIS software:

GIS Training
GIS training is availiable through the College of Liberal Arts Computing Lab, University of South Carolina throughout the year for free for USC students, faculty, and staff. A small fee is required for non-USC affiliates.
