The Department of Religious Studies at the University of South Carolina offers a number of services to the wider community.
The department presents three lectureships each year to which the public is invited. And residents of the Columbia community may take any of the many courses offered by the University each year.
In addition, Partners in Dialogue is an interfaith organization which promotes activities and programs for interreligious dialogue among the different faith communities in the Columbia area.
