Percentage Linear Contrast Stretch. Values between 32
and 96 are stretched to the full range to reveal more subtle variations
of interest to the interpreter (Campbell, 1987). A standard deviation is
applied that pushes the tails of the histogram beyond the minimum and maximum
values.
