Exchange Program with University of Bamberg

Break out of the monolingual, monocultural mindset!Achieve native
or near-native fluency in German, the language of success! Prepare
for a career with an international dimension!
Each year, in addition to graduate students, a number of undergraduate
students are selected for participation in the USC-Bamberg Exchange
Program. This study-abroad program lasts 10 months, from October
1 until July 31. Students are required to pay tuition at USC. A
total of 30 credit hours can be transferred upon successful completion
of the courses taken abroad.
Prerequisites: ... Successful completion of two
years of college ... Knowledge of German at the 300 level or equivalent
... A B-average (depending on the circumstances)
Even though preference is given to German majors and minors, students
from the following colleges are also encouraged to apply: ... ...
Liberal Arts ... Business Administration ... Education ... Journalism
Students selected for the program qualify for a travel subsidy.
